Soju is one of the most consumed spirits in the world. But in the U.S., it has too often been treated like a niche drink or a novelty, often harder to find than tequila or vodka.
We're changing that.
Soolie makes soju effortless, approachable, and built for the way we go out now.
THE NAME
술 + IE = SOOLIE
Soolie comes from 술, “sool,” the Korean word for alcohol, paired with the suffix 이 “-ie" you add to a close friend's name. It's because we're the drink meant to be shared with your favorite people.
NOT ANOTHER WELLNESS DRINK
Going-out culture has lost its sense of abandon to a culture of constant optimization, productivity maxxing, and never-ending restraint. We're tired of minimalism, flavorless cans, and feeling like every moment of our lives has to be curated.
